Kelly Rigney

Kelly Rigney is a seasoned non-profit leader with over 15 years of experience in program development, fundraising, and public health. She has a strong track record of creating and managing community-centered initiatives that serve under-resourced populations in the U.S. and abroad.

As Vice President of National Programs at Children's Health Fund, Kelly built and maintained partnerships between on-the-ground programs and funders, overseeing corporate and private grant-funded initiatives with budgets of up to $5 million. She ensured compliance, sustainability, and impact while cultivating relationships with national, state, and local leaders, donors, and corporate partners to expand funding opportunities and public awareness.

For 15 years, Kelly has also supported the NGO she co-founded in Uganda, which serves hundreds of refugees daily through education, job training, and cooperative businesses. Most recently, the organization launched a housing initiative for women who have experienced gender-based violence, providing services and skill-building opportunities to foster independence.

She is excited to be working with the skilled leaders at Allied Executive Services to support nonprofits in maximizing their potential for the communities they serve.
